I forgot the title of this previously written poem. Does anyone know the title?

If you're looking for me I'll be sitting here in this dark room. My face will be filled with gloom and I'll only find enjoyment watching a wolf howl at the moon. See, once upon a time I loved someone, thee end; damn, didn't that story end too soon? In between time my vision was clear. Have you ever felt like only you and one other person shared all of the world's purified air? On rainy days, this person could smile at you and make the sunshine appear. I mean, just like that! Like magic, no rain, not even a cloud in sight. If you had a bad day at work just the sound of their voice made everything just right. I used to be afraid of heights but in this person's arms we took so many flights. We lit so many candles and dimmed so many lights. Then came the catfights. We cried so many nights; every couple bickers every once in a while. However, I didn’t know that eventually I would have to make a sacrifice. It hurt so bad, it felt like I was stuck between the beginning and the ending of life. What happened to you? What happened to me? What happened to us? What happened to we? Love if you really are looking for me, just know that I may put up a fight. No, I won't go easily. Love if you are looking for me, you must first teach me, and I need to learn the hardest lesson of them all. You know, learning how to love myself and how to break down my wall. Please promise me one thing and nothing more. Promise me if I run away from you with my shoelaces untied, you will be there to catch me when I fall.
